The incumbent provides support and maintenance to existing systems used by Treasury. This position utilizes different technologies (e.g. VBA, Python, UIPath) to complete daily responsibilities. The incumbent assists in the administration of various Treasury Systems and provides support to its end users. RESPONSIBILITIES • Develops and improves treasury processes using a variety of technologies • Assists in administration, maintenance, and audits of existing Treasury Systems and processes • Builds interactive reports in PowerBI to expedite how Treasury users analyze data • Deploys aforementioned tools in compliance with UPS’s policies and procedures • Provides support to Treasury users in the use of all Treasury related systems and applications • Keeps users informed of future system enhancements to prepare for contingency plans and simplify job duties and tasks • Documents technical and functional details of tools built • Supports bank connectivity set up for bank statements and payments • Reviews internal audit procedures to ensure technology solutions include appropriate controls to comply with Sarbanes-Oxley QUALIFICATIONS Requirements • Basic understanding of financial concepts and terms • Ability to develop creative solutions to meet the needs of a large end user base Preferences • Working knowledge of the following technologies: VBA, Python, UiPath, SQL and/or Power BI **Employee Type:** Permanent UPS is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. **Other Criteria:** UPS is an equal opportunity employer.
