Treasury Systems Manager
**Role purpose** + The job holder will report directly to the Head of Treasury providing support and management of the Treasury systems, incorporating the Treasury Management Platform, the Bank Account platform and the Payment Systems + Management of the day to day running of the Treasury Management System + Management of the day to day running of the Bank Account Management platform + Management of the day to day running of the Payment System + Partnering with the Treasury and business teams around the world to ensure quality management information and integration in the Travelex ERP + Drive the Treasury system development agenda to support the wider business goals and objectives. **Key accountabilities** + Overall ownership for set up and maintenance of the TMS (IT2) + Establishing and maintaining appropriate controls within all Treasury systems + Support of straight through processing to enable the Treasury department to carry out their work effectively and efficiently with minimal manual intervention. + Enhancement of reporting to regional and global finance teams and management. + Oversee TMS administration and liaise / co-ordinate with appropriate teams. + Systems controls and procedures (IT2, FXAll and environment testing). + Leading on strategic Treasury projects. **Experience and personal qualities** The role requires a range of technical and operational business management skills, with an ability to facilitate discussions, develop initiatives, and to operate effectively to drive efficient performance. Experience should include: + Significant Treasury experience and a deep understanding of the Treasury landscape including FX and banking + Knowledge and experience of managing a TMS and associated systems. Understanding of IT2 would be an advantage. + Integrating operational systems and requirements using a Treasury Management System (IT2) + Excellent analytical and communication abilities to support the business understanding of the FX landscape. + Ability to project manage and deliver global projects and initiatives Key skills / Capabilities: + 5 years working in a multi-national corporate environment. + A flexible, dynamic, and positive approach, with excellent business partnership skills who is able to to work across organisational boundaries + Tenacity, drive, the ability to operate and make key decisions effectively in a demanding environment and able to provide constructive challenge. + Comprehensive attention to detail with the ability to articulate key performance drivers. + A willingness to get into the detail, coupled with experience and skills to work with remote teams in support of the wider Treasury Function. + Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. + Strong relationship building skills, being able to liaise effectively with both finance and non-finance professionals + Proven ability to lead their area of expertise, focusing on results, proactively solving problems and supporting the business with solutions + Self-aware, open-minded with a high degree of personal and professional integrity
