Job Description

The Supply Chain Finance Specialist will ensure business continuity for three Supply Chain Finance (SCF) programs from organizational, contractual and technical perspective.  This individual will also monitor local SCF markets and coordinate activities while developing and implementing standardized processes, work instructions, policies, and procedures.

Key activities to be performed

Program lead for operation and development of a local SCF program in the USManage and monitor selection and onboarding of partner banksAct as main point of contact for supplier guidance in coordination with procurementAlign with business stakeholders and develop supplier engagement strategyManage bank relationships incl. contracts, guarantees, and credit facilitiesWeekly management of file exchange with SCF platformCoordinate consolidation of outbound payments, reporting and facility utilization with FinanceEnsure compliance with KYC processes in close cooperation with Finance Departments

Qualifications

 

Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field5+ years of experience in treasury or finance, preferably in SCF or working capital-related programsStrong understanding of SCF structures (e.g., dynamic discounting, reverse factoring)Proven experience in managing and scaling SCF programsFamiliarity with SCF platforms and integration into ERP and banking systemUnderstanding of SCF-related legal and compliance aspects, onboarding processes and documentation standardsStrong communication and stakeholder management skills
