Treasury Specialist

We are seeking a Treasury Specialist to join our GBS Security Administration team. In this role, you will report to the Treasury Operations Technical Lead and work closely with team members and business units primarily in Asia. The GBS Security Administration team is responsible for managing security access user maintenance for Treasury-owned applications, as well as banking and non-banking applications.

Position Responsibilities:

Collaborating on daily BAU tasks and managing non-bank and banking applications within Treasury, focusing on access provision, deprovisioning, control reviews, investigations, and providing solutions to stakeholders and various business units primarily in Asia.Performing periodic reviews, including but not limited to SOX application access reviews, for all treasury-managed applications on a daily, weekly, monthly, semi-annual, quarterly, and annual basis.Supporting technological initiatives and projects that drive process improvements, system testing, and other ad hoc tasks.Contribute to Treasury Operations' BAU by managing treasury application access, controls, and reviews within SLA, while maintaining KPIs and supporting strategic initiatives with a key focus on Asia requests. This includes logging production issues, finding solutions, and monitoring completion, as well as performing system testing when required.Serve as a key resource for the Asia team in treasury-managed application requests and investigations, particularly in approver or signer setup and access concerns across various applications.Perform periodic access reviews with due diligence and the utmost attention to detail, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and quality output, while strictly adhering to data privacy standards.Collaborate closely with peers and Asia business units on initiatives and project-related tasks.Coordinate business initiatives to identify and recommend improvements in processing, service, and technical areas, including implementing new technologies in reviews and reporting, such as VBA, Power BI, and Alteryx as needed.Deliver and/or quality check tasks and aid in the successful delivery of compliance, audit, and regulatory requirements pertaining to access provisions, deprovisioning, and periodic reviews.Assist with audit requests by providing supporting evidence and files when needed.Create and/or update manual procedures as necessary for any changes or new processes to be handled.Collaborate during team meetings and reach out to business units via call to resolve access issues, including contacting banks for any access concerns or inquiries.

Required Qualifications:

Working Hours: Asia Shift, 3 PM - 12 Midnight PHTBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Technology, or a related field.Experience as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) is an advantage but not required.Ability to work effectively across various geographic cultures; comfortable working with virtual teams.Can communicate effectively and organize tasks; able to identify issues, ask questions, and implement innovative solutions.Self-starter with a can-do attitude and strong reasoning skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in high-volume data analysis; ability to synthesize information from various sources.Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments; maintain controls while meeting business needs and high delivery standards.Demonstrates a results-oriented approach and strong organizational skills, while maintaining the highest level of work quality.
