**Job Responsibilities:**
As a Treasury Sales Officer (TSO) aligned to Business Banking Transaction Services in the Southeast market, you’ll partner closely with Relationship Managers (RMs) while overseeing a portfolio of US based, globally oriented companies. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor by offering industry leading expertise around global liquidity management, payables and receivables optimization, alternative and emerging payments, foreign exchange, working capital, and digital transformation. You’ll strengthen existing connections and prospect new ones and introduce clients to strategic partners along the way as you deliver BofA’s globally consistent and locally relevant treasury platform. Your day-to-day will also include:
+ Serving as the primary treasury relationship contact for CFOs, Treasurers, VPs of Finance, and Controllers
+ Creating a modern and seamless client experience via on-site and virtual meetings, industry conferences, roundtables, and client entertainment events
+ Sharing industry leading best practices, ideas, and strategies
+ Leading relationship pricing strategy and discussions
+ Collaborating with key partners from Global Treasury Sales, Global Liquidity, Enterprise Credit, Rates & Currencies, Investment Banking, Fulfillment and Servicing
+ Coaching and developing junior talent
**Job Requirements:**
+ 3 to 5 years of demonstrated success in direct sales roles in a treasury or cash management capacity
+ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
+ Strong business/financial acumen to align to core Key Performance Indicators within our clients treasury operations ecosystems
+ Demonstrates the ability to foster strong partnerships within the core team and the ability to build sincere rapport with client contacts
+ Intrinsically motivated to continuously improve processes and/or one’s own education
+ Exercises the desire to mentor and sponsor other Associates
+ Certified Treasury Professional certification or equivalent is preferred
