TS Sales Associate 

Citizens Commercial Banking is seeking an experienced Sales Associate to join our Commercial Card Sales & Accnt Managment team, supporting Middle Market and Large Corporate clients.  This position will support an existing portfolio as well as prospecting initiatives to develop new client relationships across a national footprint.  A successful Sales Associate will help drive revenue growth by working closely with seasoned Card Payments Consultants who deliver solutions across our commercial card products.   

Prospecting:

Create pitch books / sales presentation contentGather industry and client research to support prospecting routines Collaborate on RFPs and build pricing proformasParticipate in and support client presentationsSupport pre-sale and post-sale client engagement and follow-up

Existing Clients:

Evaluate client activity to identify trends and potential enhancement opportunitiesAssist with Portfolio Reviews and Client Planning effortsDevelop annual reviews to promote retention and expansionProvide support for internal projectsSubmit implementation requests for mandated new services Support cross sell pitch follow up with existing clientsProvide oversight and coordination with Implementation and Service partners

Qualifications:

Previous sales support experience desirable, preferably in Financial Services / Treasury ManagementExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to interact with all levels of employees, including senior executivesClear sense and ability of when and why to escalate conflicts, concerns, issuesAbility to prepare professional client presentations using PowerPointHighly proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Power Point, Excel, Word)Ability to work independently and use discretion when faced with decision making

Excellent time management and problem solving skills\

Education:

Bachelors Degree preferred

Hours per Week: 40Work Schedule: Monday – Friday

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this position is $89k-$105k Annual Salary. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
