Driven by Technology. **Job Responsibilities:** **Business Management and Performance:** + Continuously evaluate the competitive landscape for both the B2B and B2C payments environment through regular engagement with other internal Lines of Business (Emerging Payments, Retail, Card, Trade, GWIM, Markets, Sales, Marketing, etc.) as well as external Networks (e.g., The Clearing House) and Industry Working Groups in support of the corporate instant payments landscape + Identify themes, industries, use-cases for business development, to identify product enhancement opportunities and to support changes to improve product profitability and the client experience + Assist with the strategic roadmap and communicate internally with partners to ensure awareness and alignment of priorities + Assist with business cases to support changes to improve product profitability and the client experience + Drive revenue growth initiatives + Work closely with the Global Payments, Enterprise Payments and Retail product teams to explore B2C/C2B use cases, develop the client pipeline and support client deals **Product Development and Operational Management:** + Evaluate, write requirements, develop and implement new products and feature functionality driven by VOC/VOA/competitive landscape + Work closely with business partners – including Operations, Technology, Digital Channels and Sales – to evaluate, monitor and close operational issues + Work with Sales, Operations, Servicing and Fulfillment to manage existing client impacts and challenges to ensure high quality servicing and retention of clients + Engage inreviewing/understandingtrends, remediation and mitigation, and projects related to the client experience as required **Job Qualifications:** + Minimum 5 years of banking experience in payments, with a strong preference for experience with risk management, product management, product development and/or financial management responsibilities + Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience + Strong interpersonal and organizational skills + Demonstrated initiative, follow-through and the ability to work with limited supervision + Experience managing risk routines + Ability to quickly learn core capabilities including end-to-end operational and technology workflows and processes, client buying behavior by different segments + Experience analyzing and reporting business financials + Attention to detail and strong analytical skills + Strong presentation and communication skills + Strong in Microsoft Office suite skills, particularly with Excel and PowerPoint + Ability to work across multiple functional teams to set direction, enable sales activities / initiatives, drive and implement change, and solve problems preferred + Working knowledge/experience with Tableau a plus  **Shift:** 1st shift (United States of America) **Hours Per Week:** 40 Bank of America and its affiliates consider for employment and hire qualified candidates without regard to race, religious creed, religion, color, sex, sexual orientation, genetic information, gender, gender identity, gender expression, age, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, protected veteran or disability status or any factor prohibited by law, and as such affirms in policy and practice to support and promote the concept of equal employment opportunity, in accordance with all applicable federal, state, provincial and municipal laws.
