The Position

Group Treasury is responsible for managing the financial assets and liabilities of the organization, ensuring efficient and compliant financial operations across a global network of affiliates.

As a Treasury Operations Specialist, you will be integral to the efficient and compliant execution of treasury back-office activities, owning treasury master data, and driving process improvements and digital transformation within a global scope spanning over 250 affiliates in 50+ countries.

The Opportunity:

Execute daily transaction confirmations, settlements, accounting postings, and collateral management.

Coordinate FX settlement via CLS and support reconciliations with banking partners.

Maintain accurate treasury master data (bank accounts, business partners, intercompany FX data, market data, GL accounts).

Drive improvements in treasury processes through automation and digitization, collaborating with Treasury IT to enhance SAP S/4HANA functionalities.

Support the digital treasury roadmap, including initiatives in analytics, dashboards, and emerging technologies.

Contribute to compliance with policies, controls, and audit requirements.

Partner across departments to coordinate projects with treasury touchpoints and represent Treasury Operations externally.

You will actively contribute to process improvements, automation, and digitalization, helping shape Roche’s future-ready, data-driven treasury landscape.

Who You Are:

Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

3–4 years of professional experience in treasury or finance operations.

Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Treasury and Risk Management (TRM); experience with FIDES, TriOptima, FXall, 360T, or Bloomberg is a plus.

Proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace; SQL or treasury analytics tools are advantageous.

Detail-oriented, analytical, digital saviourness and adaptable to new technologies.

Possess an ownership mindset for treasury master data and process quality, with strong collaboration skills and an open-minded approach.
