• Evaluate liquidity needs of legal entities in the Region, arrange funding and cash repatriation.
• Review and analyze cash flow forecasts on regular basis, identify improvement opportunities and provide recommendations to improve operational and financial health of the entities.
• Set up and improve cash management processes for existing and new entities.
• Provide guidance and coordination for bank and other financial account opening, closing.
• Analyze and provide recommendations for counterparty exposure limits.
• Support audit and KYC requests related to entities.
• CRM: lead insurance renewal activities, including preparation of underwriting submission, development and recommendation of renewal strategy, direction of brokers, presenting to and negotiating with insurers; oversee production and maintenance of insurance summary documentation, reports and presentations; lead efforts to perfect insurance claims; oversee audits of claim administration activities; review risk and insurance terms within commercial contracts and support negotiation with counterparties; lead and manage enhancement and execution of Business Continuity Planning program
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
Bachelor’s Degree
5 + years of relevant experience in Treasury
Knowledge Power BI,
Ability to prioritize assignments/projects and deliver within restricted time constraints
Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated commitment to teamwork and partnerships
Ability to embrace and manage change


Additional Job DescriptionLocation: Hybrid. This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the GM - Global Technical Center HQ Warren, MI three times per week, at minimum [or other frequency dictated by the business]
