Your Key Responsibilities Work in different departments of the organization to gain practical experience in the course of an academic education as an undergraduate.Gain hands-on experience and understand different operational functions in one designated department.Contribute to team projects by conducting research, compiling data, and creating presentations.Assist with daily administrative tasks, such as data entry, document organization, and scheduling.Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.Prepare and present reports summarizing learning and contributions during the internship.Your Qualifications Basic knowledge of accounting and finance. Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, charts). Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, S4 HANA) is a plus. Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken). Organizational skills: To manage multiple tasks and documents Excellent analytical skills & attention to detail. Effective communication: For coordination and obtain/provide information to other areas. Proactivity: Willingness to take initiative and suggest improvements - Problem -solving attitude Ability to deal with stressful situations. Confidentiality: Responsible handling of sensitive financial information Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with Finance and other departments.
