Your Key Responsibilities Bank Reconciliations: Assist in reviewing and reconciling bank transactions with accounting records. Payment Processing: Help prepare payment reports and analyze information. Cash Flow Management: Support the preparation of daily/weekly cash flow reports Document Management: Organize and archive financial and banking documents. Audit Support: Gather and prepare documentation requested by internal or external auditors. Ensure all  procedures comply with regulations (Schaeffler guideline) Administrative Support: Provide general assistance to the Treasury and Finance teams as needed. Improvement the current process ( macros, power BI, service now, etc.). Your Qualifications Basic knowledge of accounting and finance. Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, charts). Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, S4 HANA) is a plus. Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken). Organizational skills: To manage multiple tasks and documents Excellent analytical skills & attention to detail. Effective communication: For coordination and obtain/provide information to other areas. Proactivity: Willingness to take initiative and suggest improvements - Problem -solving attitude Ability to deal with stressful situations. Confidentiality: Responsible handling of sensitive financial information Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with Finance and other departments.
