Job Summary:
The position provides primary executive administrative support to Textron’s Assistant Treasurer – CIO, Assistant Treasurer, and Executive Director of Risk Management. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative related tasks, as well as some analytical work, and will be able to work independently. This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy administrative challenges of driving actions to completion.
Crucial to this role is the ability to interact with staff at all levels in a business environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Expert level written and verbal communication skills, strong decision-making ability and attention to detail are equally important.
Responsibilities:
Manage multiple calendars, requiring interaction with internal and external suppliers, executives and assistants, to coordinate logistics of a variety of meetings and eventsAssist with preparation of presentation materials and creation of executive level documents quickly and accuratelyArrange travel schedules and reservations for management as needed and prepare and process expense reportsProvide administrative support to leaders and other team members as neededManage and process over-the-counter cash and check depositsManage record retention and filing system for all department documents, including storage, retrieval and destruction of records as necessaryProtect and maintain the privacy of employee personnel records including, but not limited to, personal and compensation informationPerform other duties as assignedTextron is a renowned global multi-industry company with a diverse portfolio spanning aerospace and defense, specialized vehicles, turf care, and fuel systems.
