Description We are looking for a skilled Treasury/Equity Manager to oversee our organization's cash flow, liquidity, and capital market strategies. Based in Silver Spring, Maryland, this role requires a detail-oriented individual with expertise in treasury operations, equity administration, and financial planning. You will play a pivotal role in managing capital structure, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making. Responsibilities: · Develop and implement strategies for cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and short-term borrowing/investing · Manage daily cash operations, including bank account management, wire transfers, and cash positioning. · Oversee relationships with financial institutions, negotiating terms, fees, and services to optimize banking performance. · Evaluate and execute debt financing and capital structure strategies, including loan agreements and covenant compliance. · Monitor financial markets and assess economic trends to inform treasury decisions and risk mitigation. · Manage foreign exchange exposure and implement appropriate hedging strategies if applicable. · Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements related to treasury operations. · Lead treasury-related financial reporting and analysis for executive leadership and the board. · Collaborate with accounting, tax, legal, FP& A, and other departments to support strategic initiatives and ensure accurate financial reporting. Requirements · MBA, CPA, or CTP required · 10+ years of hands on treasury experience (companies $100m-$500m in size) · Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Advanced Excel · Strong GAAP w/ FP& A and M& A related experience · Excellent communication skills · Exceptional analytical skills Please reach out to Mahil Santram via LinkedIn if interested in this Treasury/Equity Manager opportunity.
