Description Robert Half has teamed up with a distribution company on their search for a Treasury Director with significant change management expertise including implementations, project creation, sales/purchasing. The Treasury Director will be responsible for overseeing the company’s treasury operations, including cash management, investment strategies, financial activities, banking relationships, and risk management. This strategic role will ensure the company maintains optimal liquidity, minimizes financial risk, and supports business objectives through effective capital and debt management. Primary Duties · Develop and implement strategies for cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and short-term borrowing/investing · Manage daily cash operations, including bank account management, wire transfers, and cash positioning. · Oversee relationships with financial institutions, negotiating terms, fees, and services to optimize banking performance. · Evaluate and execute debt financing and capital structure strategies, including loan agreements and covenant compliance. · Monitor financial markets and assess economic trends to inform treasury decisions and risk mitigation. · Manage foreign exchange exposure and implement appropriate hedging strategies if applicable. · Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements related to treasury operations. · Lead treasury-related financial reporting and analysis for executive leadership and the board. · Collaborate with accounting, tax, legal, FP& A, and other departments to support strategic initiatives and ensure accurate financial reporting. Requirements The ideal Treasury Director will have a Bachelors degree in Accounting or related studies.
