As a Treasury Associate within the Treasury team, you will help us maintain a fortress balance sheet and ensure our business remains strong during times of stress. You will assist the business in achieving target Return on Equity (ROE) with limited earnings volatility through your expertise in capital and interest rate risk.

 

Job responsibilities:

Forecast business results under a variety of stress and baseline scenarios.Maintain, enhance and develop financial models in Excel and strategic platformsSupport capital-related planning, forecasting and reportingWork with quantitative modeling teams on model design and implementationAnalyze financial data to describe key drivers of change in results, comparing multiple exercisesPartner with Corporate, Financial Planning & Analytics (FP&A), Finance and Risk functions to timely meet deliverables submitted at the Firmwide level to regulators and used at the most senior levels in the organization to understand the business’ risk to adverse macroeconomic environmentsSupport the business on ad-hoc analytical projects

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

Thoroughness and attention to detail and high level of accuracy given contribution to regulatory submissionsProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly strength in Excel and PowerPointSkills in communication, writing, organization, and time managementGood finance and accounting skillsBachelor’s Degree2+ years working experience

Interest in working with data sets, data mining, and analyticsIdeally in financial planning or accounting, and in the financial services industry is a benefitAbility to manage multiple projects within concurrent deadlinesA desire to partner with diverse teams and work in a team environment to ensure business objectives are metDeveloping knowledge of systems and technology; skills in Essbase, Tableau, and Alteryx would be beneficial
