We are looking to hire a Treasury Analyst IV immediately in a Hybrid (50/50) capacity at our Global Headquarters in Hunt Valley, Maryland.

Position Overview
Business Partner working towards Company goals providing moderately complex financial analyses and reports for management. Liaise with various internal departments to meet Company’s working capital goals. Understands Treasury and banking systems and associated processes to administer the systems to meet business needs. Acts as a contact point for users to answer questions, investigate and resolve issues, and drive improvements. Maintains effective control environment. Prepare and analyze financial forecasts and provide significant analyses on actual results.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain, enhance, and integrate with FP&A various Corporate Treasury Reports (Cash Flow Forecasting, CCC Forecasting, Interest Expense Forecasting, WACC Calculations). Partners with FP&A to provide analysis of the reports above.
• Partners with Procurement and Supply Chain Financing teams globally to on-board new suppliers into Company’s Supply Chain Financing Programs, provide term extension analytics, and expand PLP Supply Chain Financing Programs.
• Work with Credit Risk and AR team to improve reporting and analytics to facilitate expanding Company administered AR programs.
• Provide support to the Corporate Treasury team by backing up core Global Treasury Management functions. (FX trades, Daily CP borrowing, BMG Cash Pooling and Netting Systems, Payment processing, etc)
• Assist Investment Committee Chair as needed for various meetings
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Business/Finance required 5 years of previous experience in Corporate Treasury/Finance preferably for multinational companies. Solid understanding of industry and commercial environment to effectively analyze the Company's cash flow forecasts. Knowledge of activities in the Treasury area, some formal training and/or experience is required to perform the job effectively. Understands how position integrates with others on the Treasury team. Very strong interpersonal skills due to the wide range of interaction throughout the Company and with many external parties. Daily interactions with banks and key finance personnel throughout the Company Organization and problem-solving skills Detailed oriented, self-motivated and able to work both independently and with teams. Initiative to follow tasks to completion. Ability to effectively manage multiple assigned projects. Ability to work with cross-functional and cross-border teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Certification and/or Licenses Certified Treasury Professional
Experience - functional/industry/commercial knowledge, business acumen Demonstrated Treasury experience with Treasury systems and International Treasury (FX and international cash management). Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and other reporting experience with complex financial models.

Base Salary: $86,390 to $151,220
Base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience for this role, and/or internal equity of our current employees as part of any final offer. This position is also eligible to participate in McCormick’s Incentive Bonus (MIB) Plan.
