Description We are looking for a skilled Treasury Analyst for a client in Issaquah, Washington. This Contract to permanent position involves supporting a variety of treasury operations, including payment processing, data analysis, and vendor management. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical abilities, effective problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of industry practices to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of treasury functions. Responsibilities: • Collect and analyze data from various sources to generate accurate reports, validate transactions, and reconcile invoices. • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to payment processing and treasury functions. • Provide guidance and recommendations to warehouses and corporate departments regarding payment-related matters. • Investigate and resolve queries from internal teams and external financial service providers. • Oversee relationships with payment processing vendors and banking partners, including contract negotiation, service reviews, and discrepancy resolution. • Create dynamic dashboards and reports to identify cost-saving opportunities and support sales growth. • Extract and analyze data to address reconciliation issues promptly and effectively. • Conduct specialized analyses, prepare reports, and manage ad hoc projects as needed. • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and organizational standards. Requirements • Proficiency with accounting software systems and banking software. • Experience with data processing tools and SQL for data analysis. • Knowledge of banking operations, capital management, and cash activity processes. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data. • Effective communication skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. • A solid understanding of accounting functions and financial compliance. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
