Treasury Analyst
Description Position Overview: A client of ours is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Treasury Analyst for a long-term contract opportunity located in The Woodlands, TX. This role is ideal for a finance professional with experience in treasury operations, banking transactions, and ERP systems such as SAP. The Treasury Analyst will support the day-to-day operations of the Treasury Department and ensure timely, accurate execution of financial transactions and compliance with internal controls. Key Responsibilities: + Process daily payments across multiple bank accounts including checks, ACH transfers, and domestic/international wire transfers + Collaborate with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Back Office teams to investigate and resolve payment-related inquiries + Research and respond promptly to internal and external business and banking inquiries + Prepare documentation for opening, closing, and maintaining bank accounts, including updates to authorized signatories + Review and approve SAP vendor setups to ensure accuracy and compliance + Assist in the administration of corporate credit card programs + Maintain compliance with internal control policies and support internal and external audit requests + Utilize ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools to compile and present reports, graphs, and financial data + Reconcile SAP cash clearing accounts related to electronic payments and bank statement postings + Perform additional duties as required to ensure smooth operation of treasury functions Requirements Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred + 3+ years of treasury, banking operations, or corporate finance experience + Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel required + Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills + Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment + Prior experience in a corporate treasury or shared services environment highly desirable Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
