The company does not intend to provide sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B, TN, etc.) for this employment position._ **Job Summary:** The Treasury Analyst will perform various activities within the Corporate Treasury function, including cash management, bank account administration, and electronic funds transfers. This individual will play a key role in the team’s daily operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate should have a foundational understanding of treasury concepts and practices and a desire to grow their skills in a collaborative environment. **What You Will Do:** + Prepare electronic funds transfers and review for accuracy, including domestic and foreign currency payments. + Maintain global bank account and signatory listings. + Partner in the administration of treasury-related systems and banking portals. + Help maintain bank accounts and associated documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance. + Drive bank account openings and closures in context of global business needs and bank account rationalization. + Collaborate with banking partners to support account changes and operational needs. + Monitor bank account activity and identify and communicate opportunities to optimize costs, while maintaining a robust control environment. + Complete the annual global audit of bank account signatories and authorities. + Utilize cash management programs such as JPMAccess, BOA CashPro, CitiDirect, etc. + Update and maintain monthly foreign currency rates across treasury tools (e.g., wire portal/netting). + Point of contact for compliance processes, including SOX controls, by ensuring proper documentation and approvals. + Fulfill audit requests related to Treasury activities and contribute to a strong internal control environment. + Maintain and monitor Treasury limits of authority for electronic funds transfers. **What You Need to Succeed:** + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. + 1-3 years of experience in treasury, finance, accounting, or a related function (internship experience may be considered). + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. + Analytical mindset with critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. + Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in a global environment. + Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize competing deadlines. + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. + Willingness to learn and grow in a team-oriented environment. **Why Work for Us?** **Allegion is a Great Place to Grow your Career if:**   + You're seeking a rewarding opportunity that allows you to truly help others.  With thousands of employees and customers around the world, there’s plenty of room to make an impact.
