The right candidate will work with the Treasury team to assist in the management of corporate cash, safeguarding cash, and cash equivalents. Assist Treasury management with all bank relationships and loan facilities for the company’s operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Manage the processes for maintaining bank accounts and user access in various bank systemsOpening new bank accountsDetermine correct account setup for any new accountsEnsure compliance with company policies and approvals processMaintain on-line banking accessTraining on bank softwaredOrdering bank suppliesAdd/change authorized signatures as neededMaintain list of open bank accountsClose accounts as neededSet up users and train on remote check depositsResearch issues and requests regarding bank accountsPrepare all miscellaneous bank correspondence Review, approve and post related journal entries in accounting system, including daily sweeps and returned item adjustmentsPrepare and track check ACH fraud inquiries Reconcile the ACH payments from DHI to Paymode and resolve any differencesPrepare the monthly letter of credit reconciliation and prepare the required journal entriesServe as back-up in other vital areas of the Treasury Department including positive pay processing, letter of credit management, wire transfer, electronic deposit entries, electronic deposit refunds, and remote deposit processingComplete special projects relating to cash management as neededOther Treasury duties as assigned Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve internal and external customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the companyAbility to travel overnightD.R.
