Purpose Statement: The Treasury Analyst II is primarily responsible for supporting daily treasury functions through cash management. May also support the company’s insurance program, customer credit-risk management and assist with foreign exchange activities. May be involved in more complex analyses and handle a broader range of responsibilities.
Key Job Accountabilities:
Manage daily cash position, including reconciling cash accounts and initiating cash transfers. Support and coordination of liquidity across legal entities for management of debt.USA Only - Management of global foreign exchange rate forecasts and exposures from regional delegates to support Plexus' hedging programs.USA Only - Assist with customer credit financial review calls with customer’s leadership teams, review customer credit requests to coordinate credit limits, payment terms and global ERP setup with customer management team.USA Only - Coordinate application data requests with cross functional teams for required information for the annual insurance renewal.Provides support to the Treasury Management Team for strategic projects and performs ad-hoc analysis as needed.Education/Experience Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or equivalent work experience. A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required.Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within Treasury and CashAn equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.Other Qualifications:
Employee must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently or in a team environment.Project management and relationship building skillsMust have organization skills and the ability to work on various tasks at one time.A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.Physical Requirements:
Professional office environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and low noise level. May require prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, using a computer, and other office equipment. Minimal physical activity is generally involved, emphasizing the importance of good posture and ergonomic workplace arrangements.Travel Requirements:
