Treasury Accountant
Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Treasury Analyst to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. In this role, you will oversee the management of banking accounts, user access, and ensure compliance with company policies. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to vital treasury operations and support organizational financial processes. Responsibilities: • Manage the establishment, maintenance, and closure of bank accounts while ensuring proper setup and compliance with company policies. • Administer user access to online banking systems, including training and support for remote check deposit processes. • Handle bank-related correspondence and address inquiries or issues regarding accounts. • Review, approve, and record journal entries related to daily sweeps, returned items, and other banking adjustments. • Track and resolve discrepancies in payment reconciliations and fraud inquiries. • Prepare monthly letters of credit reconciliations and corresponding journal entries. • Serve as a backup for treasury functions such as wire transfers, electronic deposits, and positive pay processing. • Complete special projects related to cash management and treasury operations as needed. • Conduct all tasks professionally while adhering to organizational standards and practices.
