What we offer: • $25/hr base pay • Weekly Per Diem • Performance-based incentive/production pay (varies by location) • 650-hour 1st assignment with a Completion Bonus • Opportunities for additional assignments based on operational need • Company paid individual hotel room and rental car • Opportunity to transfer to a permanent role at one of our 30+ distribution centers after your assignment **Job Description** Selectors work individually selecting full-case grocery products from warehouse pick slots using an electric riding pallet jack. You will either use order sheets or an audio headset. You will then fit the cases on a pallet, shrink wrap the bundles, transport pallets to the shipping dock and in some situations, load them onto a trailer for delivering to customers. All of our employees are expected to make safety their top priority.
