Trigo is seeking full time Traveling Quality Technicians in the OSCEOLA, WI.

**MUST BE BASED NEAR OR AROUND OSCEOLA, WI.** Pay is $21hr and 1st shift.\n\n\n

Overall Purpose\n

The Traveling Quality Inspector is a vital part of the first line of defense to keep the assembly process running smoothly. Ability to travel on a flexible schedule as needed with variable lengths of time and distances.\n\n

Responsibilities\n

(To include but not limited to the following)\n

Customer Relationship & Business Development\n\nAct as an impartial third party between the production source and the customer facility to ensure the product meets set criteria\n\n

Operations\n\nPerforms audits on incoming material using hand gaging and visual techniques to determine conformance to specifications and fitness for use\nContains non-conforming parts and\/or sub-assembles\nRectifies non-conforming material by rework, sorting and\/or scrapping as directed by Team Leader\nUses methods such as de-rusting, grinding, drilling, tapping, assembly and\/or disassembly to rectify non-conforming material\nDetermines the tools and equipment needed to do the job\nGrinds, sands, cleans and oils parts and\/or sub-assemblies by using hand tools or equipment\nOther duties as assigned\n

Technical \n\nMust be able to use basic hand tools such as gaging, drills, taps, grinders and\/or sanders to repair and\/or clean parts and\/or sub-assemblies\nMust be able to read basic blueprints to determine tolerance of parts and\/or sub-assemblies\nIn proximity to moving, mechanical parts and machinery
