What You’ll Love About Us: Collaborative, supportive team culture Opportunity to grow your career Meaningful work that makes people smile Competitive pay, benefits & work/life balance Schedule (days/hours) M-F 8AM-5PM Responsibilities Assist the Orthodontist during exams and procedures, ensuring efficiency and patient comfort Take and develop dental X-rays as needed Sterilize and prepare instruments and treatment rooms Educate patients on post-treatment care, and dental procedures Maintain accurate patient records and update charts Helping solving dental challenges and bettering smiles every day Qualifications Must have certifications to be hired: Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) License Previous Ortho Assisting experience Organized, reliable, and committed to providing 5-star patient care Someone who thrives in a team-first, people-focused environment Compensation $16.50-18.50 About Us Benefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off (“PTO”), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.
