As a rapidly growing dental provider, we’re looking for a Traveling Orthopedic Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) to join our dynamic team in Phoenix, AZ. This unique role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with patients and is excited about the opportunity to travel between our various locations, bringing top-tier support and exceptional care wherever they go! Schedule (days/hours) Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, with some shifts starting at 7:00 AM Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for orthopedic patients, ensuring they have an exceptional experience from start to finish. Travel between multiple Bright Now! Dental locations in the Phoenix area to assist with patient care, appointment coordination, and treatment scheduling. Communicate with patients to gather necessary information, explain procedures, and ensure a smooth transition from consultation to treatment. Provide administrative support, including managing patient records, processing insurance verification, and coordinating care between the dental and orthopedic teams. Ensure all patient interactions align with BRight Now! Dental’s standards of care, compassion, and professionalism.
