Job Description · Our client is seeking a strong MEP Project Manager to help support the project team on various small and large projects within the Milwaukee, Wisconsin Market    Team size will consist of 28 other PE's and PM's  · You'll help plan out projects from start to finish with an understanding of all of the moving parts involved and what it takes to manage the process  · Utilize LEAN principles and have a good understanding of what the owner wants and how to deliver it  · Ability to plan accordingly, 3 to 6 months down the road and know what it takes to achieve successful progress and outcomes along the way  · You'll play a key role in managing the financials and making sure the project stays on track Work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to achieve mutual outcomes We are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements Minimum 5-10 years of Mechanical Subcontracting experience    Experience managing mechanical construction projects for a mechanical company   Strong knowledge of building systems, HVAC, mechanical, process piping, including design, construction, and how these systems work   Project size budget management requirement: Minimum of 20-30 Million Experience working on projects with process piping   Experience with Design/Build and IPD project experience is a plus Familiarity and/or experience with Lean Construction tools null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
