Traveling Construction Manager - Hyperscale Data Center
Job Opportunity: Superintendent for AI Hyperscale Data Center Campus

Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in the construction of a cutting-edge AI Hyperscale Data Center campus, valued at nearly $1 billion? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Superintendent to join our team and lead the charge in planning, overseeing, and executing all aspects of this monumental project.

Key Responsibilities:Project Planning & Oversight: Assist in the comprehensive planning and management of all project stages, from pre-construction to post-construction.Safety Management: Develop and enforce site-specific safety plans, ensuring compliance with OSHA and other regulations.Subcontractor Management: Supervise multiple Assistant Superintendents and subcontractors, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of tasks.Schedule & Budget Management: Implement and adjust project schedules, manage budgets, and track expenditures to ensure project goals are met.Quality Control: Collaborate with the Quality Control team to meet project-specific requirements and maintain high standards.Documentation: Ensure all on-site documentation, including drawings and logs, are updated and accurate.Leadership & Mentorship: Provide intentional leadership and mentorship to Assistant Superintendents and Foremen, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and Lean methodologies.Client & Team Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, design teams, and subcontractors.Qualifications:

Required:

High school diploma or GED10+ years of construction-related experiencePositive attitude, strong work ethic, innovative and forward-thinkingProficiency in computer applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Bluebeam or equivalent)Ability to supervise multiple Assistant Superintendents and subcontractorsExperience in mentoring and human developmentHSPD-12 security screening (Federal Work only)

Preferred:

Two or four-year degree in a construction-related fieldStrong verbal and written communication skillsCurrent OSHA 30 certificationCurrent CPR/First Aid training12+ years of field-related experience

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $180000.00/yr.
