**Within this role you will be traveling the Midwest Monday-Friday to various job sites. You will be home on the weekends. The construction is typically in agricultural or manufacturing facilities.** **Responsibilities** + Engage in rigging and installation of steel structures. + Assist in performing load tests and required inspections. + Troubleshoot techniques according to current codes. + Perform housekeeping duties for project sites. + Study and apply all safety policies, procedures, and practices. + Maintain tools and safety equipment through daily inspections. + Participate in safety training sessions. + Set up and operate powered and non-powered hand tools. + Travel to various job sites as required. **Essential Skills** + Construction skills and experience with hand tools and power tools. + Ability to climb and work safely at heights. + Ability to lift 70 lbs. + Mechanical and electrical knowledge. + General construction knowledge. + Familiarity with blueprints, welding, electrical, and mechanical tasks. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High School Diploma or Equivalent. + OSHA 10 certification is a plus. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
