Make a Difference.** **Now Hiring: Travel Surgical Technician** Location: Vail, CO Schedule: 12 hour rotating shifts (7a-7p, 11a-11p), depending on unit need Duration: 13 weeks **Important:** Applicants must reside **70 miles or more** from zip code 81657 **Key Responsibilities:** + Prepares the operating room and equipment + Maintains a sterile environment, and assists surgeons during operations by passing instruments and supplies and anticipating their needs + Ensure all necessary sterile supplies, medications, and other items are available and properly arranged + Assist in preparing the patient for surgery by washing and disinfecting the incision site and helping them to the operating table **Qualifications:** + CO State License Required + Certified Surgical Tech is preferred, but not required + Strong Ortho experience required; must have experience with Davinci XI, General (colon resection, hernia, appendectomy), GYN, Spine, and trauma + Minimum 2 years’ experience required + AHA BLS Required **Pay Breakdown:** + $648 per week (taxable) + $1,610 per diem (non-taxable) **Pay Details:** $2,258.00 per week Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
