We are seeking a compassionate and adaptable Registered Nurse – Regional Support to join our team. In this dynamic role, you'll deliver direct patient care and provide support to families, while also stepping into temporary assignments at various branches as needed due to staffing gaps or census increases.
This is a unique opportunity for an RN looking for flexibility, variety, and purpose-driven work across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care and manage hospice patients’ plans of careSupport and lead interdisciplinary care teams including LPNs, CNAs, and support staffAssess and address patients’ physical, emotional, social, and environmental needsDocument care thoroughly and accuratelySupervise and guide HHA/LPN staffEducate patients and families about medications, care needs, and safetyParticipate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as assignedCollaborate with physicians and attend interdisciplinary team meetingsAssist in referrals, resource connections, and compliance with payer requirements About YouWhat You’ll Need:
Active RN license in the state of employmentMinimum of 1 year RN experience (acute care, oncology, long-term care, hospice, or home health preferred)CPR certificationValid driver’s license and current auto insuranceReliable transportation

This role typically follows a Monday–Friday schedule, with occasional on-call responsibilities. Travel is required and may include:
Option 1: "Overnight travel required to cities within a 100-mile radius."Option 2: "Frequent overnight travel to multiple states is required."Option 3: "Regional travel with overnight stays based on assignment needs."A company fleet car is provided for eligible employees.
