You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing a comprehensive travel program, collaborating closely with senior business stakeholders and a dedicated team of travel professionals. Your expertise will drive significant cost savings, enhance operational efficiencies, and ensure exceptional traveler satisfaction through expert supplier management and continuous process improvement. **What You'll Do** + Develop and implement a multi-year travel strategy to support program, corporate, and client goals and objectives. + Manage and optimize key supplier relationships, ensuring incremental value, compliance, and effective dispute resolution. + Monitor travel market trends and changes in pricing to make informed procurement decisions and identify cost-saving opportunities. + Collaborate closely with procurement and other internal stakeholders to translate business priorities into actionable, effective travel programs. + Prepare and present comprehensive reports on program operational and financial performance to senior management. + Serve as a primary point of contact and escalation for CBRE travelers, addressing staffing, bandwidth, or delivery issues. + Lead by example, embodying CBRE's RISE values and expertly negotiating with diverse internal and external parties. + Ensure all travel program activities strictly adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements. **What You'll Need** + Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field; a Graduate degree is preferred. + Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience managing large, complex global travel programs within a multinational corporate environment. + A strategic mindset with a proven ability to develop and execute long-term program strategies. + Demonstrated success in implementing process improvements and achieving significant cost savings. + Exceptional relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and build strong collaborative partnerships with diverse stakeholders and suppliers. + Strong analytical and advanced negotiation capabilities. + Excellent communication skills, adept at conveying complex information and managing sensitive situations. + Expert organizational skills combined with an inquisitive, problem-solving mindset. **Why CBRE?** When you join CBRE, you become part of the global leader in commercial real estate services and investment that helps businesses and people thrive.
