The Physical Therapist is responsible for performing patientevaluations, as well as providing and documenting therapy services inaccordance with the plan of care developed for each individual patient andphysician’s orders when applicable.
Minimum Requirements:
Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state ofpractice Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy One (1) year of prior professional Physical Therapyexperience preferred Current CPR if applicable TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation) Must meet all federal, state and local requirements Must be at least 18 years of age Why This Role Rocks: $3,100/week travel pay (includes $1,477 meals/housing stipend) 4-day workweek (36 hours/week, 4x9s schedule = long weekends!) 26-week assignment with potential to extend Scenic location near Sequoia National Park, perfect for weekend adventures School-based setting = consistent hours, meaningful relationships, and a chance to see your impact grow over time What You’ll Do: Turn therapy into play—using games, crafts, and movement to build strength and confidence Collaborate with teachers, families, and care teams to create holistic treatment plans Empower parents with tools and techniques to support their child’s progress Document with care, communicate with heart, and celebrate every milestone What We’re Looking For: California PT license + current BLS certification Experience with children (preferred, but not required—we value passion and potential!)
