Travel Merchandising Executive - 12 Month FTC Location: London Department Please Select Salary Range: Not Specified Advertising End Date: 19 Aug 2025 **Job Description** **Your role:** Reporting to the Affiliate Manager, this role is responsible forthe visual presentation and promotional aspects of our travel products and services to attract customers and drive sales. **Day to day you will:** + Sourcing appropriate holidays/offers that are aligned and relevant to the Editorial content + Identifying and building holidays for all marketing channels which includes social media, e-shots, brochures, mailers and websites + Crafting engaging content for the Times Holidays retail website to attract and inform potential customers + Collate and communicate key campaigns / offers / discounts from suppliers to marketing and sales team, both ongoing and in a monthly round up. + Source special deals and merchandise them appropriately across the retail and editorial websites + Review traffic to Times Travel and identify new articles to for Times Holidays to utilise for links + Conduct reporting and analysis of the offers; monitor links to ensure there are no expired / broken links. + Stay up-to-date with travel trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to optimise merchandising strategies. + Assist the Travel Partnerships team with ad-hoc requests as required **What we’re looking for from you:** + Knowledge of travel products and providers including touring and cruise + A broad knowledge of holiday destinations and ability to offer a variety of holidays/trips + Experience within the travel online environment and familiarity with the latest travel trends + Commercially driven, experience working to targets and KPIs + Comfortable collaborating with suppliers to curate itineraries and promote these within articles in a CMS + Customer-focused with an understanding of the importance of excellent service delivery + Able to build rapport and communicate effectively at all levels + Strong working knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets + Ability to master new systems and processes quickly If you think you have what it takes but don’t tick every requirement on the list, please do apply.
