Job Description:
Reporting to the Global Category Manager (Travel), the Regional Travel Manager – Indirect Procurement is responsible for complex procurement and travel administration activities, supporting both regional and global indirect spend in alignment with Corporate Policies and Procedures. This role is based at EPC headquarters in Prague, Czech Republic.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Procurement & Sourcing
Support the Global Category Manager in sourcing, contract negotiations, and strategy execution for global meetings and events, with a focus on EMEA.
Lead regional procurement initiatives and ensure compliance with preferred supplier programs.
Prepare and issue RFQs and RFPs; analyze responses and develop negotiation strategies.
Conduct annual hotel RFPs and manage online e-auctions to validate preferred providers and rates.
Document procurement decisions, cost analyses, and risk assessments.
Strategy & Compliance
Analyze budget spend and implement strategies to achieve savings targets.
Promote adherence to the Corporate Travel Policy and regional regulations.
Continuously improve services using best practices and business insights.
Training & Support
Provide technical support and profile creation for internal users.
Design and deliver training sessions (including technical documentation and video tutorials).
Administer EMEA Travel & Entertainment credit card and air card programs.
Monitor supplier performance against cost, quality, and contractual KPIs.
Act as the primary point of contact for production support
Travel Program Management
Act as the Concur Travel platform specialist and administrator. Coordinate new implementations across EU legal entities.

Job Requirements:
3-5 years overall related experience (procurement, travel agency, etc.)
E-commerce RFx and e-auctions experience are a plus.
Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts in English.
Advanced proficiency with MS Excel, and other Microsoft Office software.
Ability to travel within the region is required (up to 25%)
Fluent in English
