Travel Insurance Account Manager Position

Responsibilities 

Build and maintain positive relationships with airline partners to support the integration of travel insurance into booking flows. Assist in developing strategies to improve product adoption and revenue performance. Support the launch of new travel insurance products/markets, including basic A/B testing and performance tracking. Coordinate with internal teams (IT, Operations, Compliance) to ensure smooth implementation and alignment with partner needs. Address daily operational issues related to insurance distribution, including system troubleshooting and escalations. Monitor compliance with regional insurance regulations and flag potential gaps for resolution. Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and provide actionable recommendations. Assist in onboarding new airline partners and contribute to market expansion efforts. Act as a point of contact for partners, offering guidance and support on best practices. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve challenges and deliver quality service.

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. 1-3 years of experience in travel insurance, airline partnerships, or a related field. Exposure to account management and revenue growth initiatives is a plus
