What part will you play?
Review and process the information registered in the applications/ local travel system: verify costs against receipts, the employees’ delegation documents/itinerary and respective expenses claims.Ensure compliance to the travel policy.Responsible for the correct transfer of information between SAP and local travel system (True HR/Concur)Perform administrative duties: maintaining accurate archive of expense claim/delegation reports and all related documents.Offer support in case of audits and controls by authorities.Support employees to understand the entire process (document flow, correction, detailed information in case of misunderstanding, provide them help in order to correct the mistakes).Account reconciliations for employees (travel expenses employees’ accounts)Prepare various reports for management/activity overview/team support.Work together and coordinate with another teams/ human resources team.What you need to make real what matters:
Basic accounting knowledge.Experience in the travel and expenses area.Minimum experience SAP, True HR, Concur and Excel (advanced).Medium English, fluent is a plus.Customer service oriented and attention to details.Strong analytical and organizational abilitiesAbility in multi-task and prioritize tasksEffective communication skills and ability to exchange information clearlyFollow procedures and respect internal processes.Willingness to learn new things and ability to adapt quickly to new situations.Ability to meet deadlines.Transform the everyday with us!
