Travel & Expenses Intern (Coyol, Alajuela)

The T&E Intern will assist the Global Travel & Expense (T&E) team in managing Concur expense reports and corporate card administration, supporting efforts to ensure policy compliance, and contributing to process improvement projects. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in T&E operations while supporting ongoing initiatives.

What will you be doing?

Expense Support:

Assist in tracking and following up on aging transactions.Help employees with submitting expenses and provide guidance on Concur usage.

Corporate Card Administration (US):

Support corporate card requests (new cards, limit changes, cancellations).Assist in resolving issues related to lost/stolen cards and help with investigations into potential fraud.

Reporting & Risk Management:

Assist with generating reports on aging transactions and help identify any compliance risks.

Process Improvement:

Contribute to process improvement initiatives, focusing on policy adherence and operational efficiency

Education: Business Administration student.
