**The position** Looking for a role where you are responsible not only for processing and monitoring of Travel & Expense tasks, but also take part in process optimization and development of further innovative projects within GBS Center? Help us build T&E Team for European markets. **Tasks & responsibilities** • You efficiently, effectively and accurately process and monitor of expense reports in SAP Concur, in line with tax, legal requirements and Boehringer Ingelheim internal guidelines • You manage and prioritize efficiently T&E tasks to ensure compliance • You actively assist and support T&E objectives in accordance with the management decision, you also ensure and monitor that T&E processes work properly • You actively communicate and support Boehringer Ingelheim employees in any T&E related queries (ServiceNow tickets) • You support Concur end users through organizing training sessions and preparing different training materials or answering phone calls from employees • You create and maintain internal process documentation **About our future employee** You should speak French and English fluently (min.
