Job DescriptionCEDA is looking for a Travel Coordinator to join our team. As the Travel Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of a centralized corporate travel program.
Reporting to the Director, Human Resources this role will work closely with various divisions within CEDA, and manage corporate travel for CEDA personnel, ensuring alignment with the Travel Policy.
This position can be based out of our Calgary office and will be eligible for our hybrid office & work from home model.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Arrange and manage all business travel and accommodation booking requestsProblem solve challenges such as travel emergencies, delays and last minute changesDevelop, administer and ensure adherence to company policies and proceduresOversee administration and performance of all travel related contractsWork with the Travel Management Company in negotiations with suppliersDeveloping KPI’s and opportunities for individual traveler improvements and cost effective solutionsAssisting finance with monthly travel cost allocation and reconciliationOther duties as assigned
Role Specifications
3 years’ experience in an administration or coordination role supporting large projectsA diploma or certificate in Travel, Business, Finance, or related field is an assetExperience within the travel industry is an assetAbility to compile and analyze monthly travel data is requiredKnowledge of Microsoft Office - with advanced Excel skills to analyze data
