Cardiothoracic ICU Nurses Needed!"** **Now Hiring: Travel Registered Nurse – Cardiothoracic ICU** **Important:** Applicants must reside **75 miles or more** from Utica, NY **Location:** Utica, NY **Duration:** 13 weeks and Schedule is 12-hour Night shift **Key Responsibilities:** + Provide critical care to patients recovering from complex cardiothoracic surgeries (e.g., CABG, valve replacements, heart/lung transplants, thoracic aneurysm repairs) + Manage and titrate critical IV drips, including vasopressors, inotropes, sedatives, and anticoagulants + Care for patients with mechanical circulatory support devices, such as intra-aortic balloon pumps (IABP), Impella, ECMO, or ventricular assist devices (VADs) + Perform advanced procedures, such as chest tube management, ventilator support, and post-operative wound care **Qualifications:** + Experience with fresh hearts is REQUIRED + Minimum 2 years of acute hospital care experience + Travel Experience Required + Current NYS RN license + EPIC experience required + AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required **Pay Breakdown:** + $1,296 per week taxable + $1,246 weekly per diem (non-taxable) **Pay Details:** $2,542.00 per week Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
