**Core Responsibilities**
+ Review, analyze and process all travel and expense reports submitted by employees
+ Ensure that all expenses are in compliance with company policies and procedures, and in accordance country specific regulations
+ Provide training to employees on company travel and expense policies and procedures
+ Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and accounting, to ensure accurate record-keeping and financial reporting
+ Generate regular reports for management on travel and expense spending and trends
+ Perform Audit activities related to the expense reports for correct expense recognition
+ Ensure positive employee Experience
+ Issuing company credit cards to employees who are authorized to make purchases on behalf of the company.
+ Manage credit card limits for each employee for new cards and for exceptional cases
**This is a fixed-term 1-year contract opportunity.**

The Travel Expense assistant is responsible for monitoring and analyzing the expenses incurred by employees who travel for business purposes or other company expenses. The Travel Expense Assistant ensures employee compliance to the Global Corporate Credit Card Policy through expense report auditing and is expected to maintain accurate records
**Do you have what it takes?**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance or related field
+ Proven experience in a travel expense analysis role or similar position
+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
+ Familiarity with expense reporting software
+ Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office software
