BayCare is seeking a motivated Trauma Quality Coordinator (RN) to support trauma performance improvement and patient safety (PIPS) initiatives at St. Joseph’s Hospital. This role ensures compliance with trauma standards, analyzes outcomes, and drives quality improvements in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. St. Joseph’s Emergency Center treats more emergency patients than any facility in Tampa Bay over 150,000 annually.
