Transporter

Full-Time, 2nd shift

The Transporter II is responsible for the transport of Baptist Health patients to radiology departments and upon discharge from the hospital. The Transporter II will also collect equipment and assist patient care units with maximum assistance transfers with appropriate utilization of mechanical lifts. He/she must intervene appropriately and meet the needs of patients with impaired mental abilities, vision, hearing, or mobility.

Minimum Requirements:

High School graduate or GED  Previous hospital/transport experience desired  BLS within 6 months of hire dateAble to push/pull up to 100lbs
