Support of the regional Transportation Network resilience, incl. Proactive monitoring of In-transit shipments

KPI monitoring (e.g. “On-Time Performance” KPI, shipment temperature excursions, shipment damage ratio) & Exception management

Act as an internal escalation level related to Transportation services within the regional scope

Contribution regarding managing relationship & regular  EMEA-Performance & Business developments meetings with external transportation service providers

Support for carrier implementation (regionally & case-by-case on global projects)

Supporting on SOP management for transportation service providers (regionally)

Training of local shipping teams & support for trouble-shooting

What will convince us

Successfully completed commercial training related to Logistics, Freight Forwarding or Supply Chain Management

First professional experience in the logistics/distribution environment

Very good problem solving skills, strong analytical and organization skills

Expertise in Excel with macro programming, proficiency in MS Office suite, SAP knowledge desirable

Good communication skills

You work independently on digital requests from users and prioritize them in a targeted and service-oriented manner

Fluency in English is a prerequisite; German and other languages are a plus
