Impactful Work: You will have the chance to optimize transportation activities for critical periods such as month end, quarter end, and year end shipments. Your expertise will directly help improving efficiency and ensuring timely delivery.

Collaboration and Improvement: work closely with internal teams and third-party suppliers to evaluate and improve transport coordination. Your innovative ideas and critical thinking will craft our transportation strategies and drive continuous improvement.

Customer Satisfaction: Your dedication to resolving transportation complaints and ensuring carrier performance will directly impact customer satisfaction. By monitoring goals and metrics for customer service, you will ensure that our operations consistently go above and beyond.

Compliance and Efficiency: You will ensure compliance with Import/Export and distribution regulations, guaranteeing smooth and flawless operations. Additionally, your oversight of freight expenses and third-party billing processes will optimize cost management and improve financial efficiency.

Data Analytics: Your analytical skills and structured approach will enable you to identify patterns, uncover opportunities, and translate them into practical, actionable improvements . Drive Innovation Through Data: Leverage data-driven insights to identify bottlenecks, forecast transportation needs, and proactively design scalable solutions that enhance delivery performance and reduce lead times

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field or relevant work experience.Minimum of 3 years of experience in Shipping/Transportation or Supply Chain.Proven track record in setting and achieving goals.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Knowledge of ERP and/or TMS is a plus.Strong working knowledge of carrier operations and costs across all modes including Less than Truckload (LTL), Truckload (TL), inter-modal, Freight Forwarding Air/Ocean, Parcel, etc.


Personal Qualifications:

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a matrix management environment.Proactive with a strong commitment to ethical conduct, sound decision-making, and drive.Curious by nature and desire to develop.Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.Strong language skills, with negotiation-level English as a minimum.
