Job Description We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Freight & Transportation Manager to lead and optimize our domestic and international transportation operations. This newly created role is designed for a logistics professional with deep expertise in multi-modal freight management, vendor coordination, dispatch oversight, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day freight brokerage operations across multiple modes of transport - Build and maintain a vetted, compliant carrier network - Negotiate competitive rates and oversee quoting processes - Utilize TMS and load board systems for load posting and tracking - Support dispatch teams with routing, scheduling, and urgent load recovery - Ensure regulatory compliance and proper documentation for all brokered loads - Serve as a key point of contact for clients and vendors - Track performance metrics and report brokerage results to leadership We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
