Job Description
As a Transportation Manager, you will be working at a distribution center in Denver, where you will lead a team of 52 drivers and ensure efficient route coordination to meet customer needs. You will manage DOT compliance and conduct performance reviews to enhance driver performance and motivation.
ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate a team of 52 drivers, ensuring efficient route planning based on customer requirements.Manage all DOT compliance, including adherence to rest periods, log maintenance, and paperwork.Ensure timely product delivery to customers.Conduct performance reviews with drivers and develop action plans to improve performance.Essential Skills5 years of management experience in transportation or distribution.Experience leading a team of drivers or within a driving environment.Ability to provide examples of leadership and motivational strategies.Knowledge of DOT compliance requirements.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrevious CDLA experience is a plus.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The position is based onsite at the Denver distribution center, with a Monday through Friday schedule from 10am to 6pm. Be prepared to work night shifts one week each month and travel to Utah one week per quarter. Initial training includes travel to various centers for three weeks within the first 60 days.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $105000.00 - $114000.00/yr.
