Transportation Manager

Description:

Full Time, ONSITE 

Purpose: 
As our Transportation Supervisor, you'll be the driving force behind our transportation program, ensuring seamless transport for our participants and essential items like meals and medical equipment. 

What You'll Do: 

Lead and supervise our transportation team, handling hiring, training, and competency assessments. 

Collaborate within our interdisciplinary team to ensure the well-being of our participants. 

Oversee scheduling software and maintain effective daily communication channels. 

Coordinate delivery schedules for meals, medical equipment, and supplies. 

Manage budgetary matters and vehicle maintenance, ensuring participant satisfaction and regulatory compliance. 

Fill in as needed in the transportation department.

Handle third-party contracts and maintain vendor relationships. 

Minimum Qualifications: 

High School diploma required; college degree preferred. 

A minimum of one (1) year experience in working with the frail or elderly population

Two (2) years of administrative/supervisory experience in a transportation setting

Five (5) years of experience in the transportation industry.

Strong administrative and supervisory background. 

Valid driver's license and ability to meet physical demands of the job. 

Excellent communication and organizational skills.
