Transportation Coordinator

About the Role:
Foundever Egypt is seeking a Transportation Coordinator to manage and optimize daily staff transportation operations across our sites. You will oversee vendor coordination, route planning, fleet supervision, and ensure our employees travel safely and efficiently—especially across BPO shifts (24/7 operations).
We’re looking for someone with hands-on experience in fleet management or transport logistics, ideally within the BPO or corporate sector, and who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily employee transportation operations, ensuring on-time service for all shifts.
Manage relationships with transportation vendors and fleet drivers.
Oversee route planning, scheduling, and optimization based on headcount and operational needs.
Monitor vehicle availability, usage, and fuel efficiency; report KPIs and issues regularly.
Handle transportation-related concerns and complaints from staff and escalate when necessary.
Track costs, monitor billing accuracy, and support budget optimization efforts.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and corporate policies.
Collaborate with Workforce, Operations, and Security teams to align transportation plans with shift rosters and site access policies.
Qualifications:
2–4 years of experience in transportation coordination, fleet supervision, or logistics management.
Experience in a BPO, shared services, or corporate environment is a strong advantage.
Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
Proficient in route planning tools, Excel, and reporting dashboards.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Able to work flexible hours, including night/weekend shifts during high demand.
Knowledge of Cairo and surrounding areas is a must.
